I would say the best scopes for adjustments would be any Weaver with Mircro-Trac, Leupold scopes with the M1 knobs, Burris Signature Series and the Super Sniper line of scopes. As far as older Japan Tasco scopes it would be hard to say because there are so many different models out there, it would be a gamble buying a used one and expecting it to be the same level as the brands mentioned above.
